License Agreement
Last updated: June 25, 2026. Fully permissive licensing allowing unlimited personal and commercial use of your custom-designed creations.
The "No-Hassle" Creative License
We want you to build. When you export or compile any assets (logos, custom favicons, vector drawing coordinates, or badge layers) using the Logicon workspace, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive commercial license. No credit, attribution, or backlink is ever required.
1. Permitted Personal & Commercial Uses
Under this license, you are permitted to use your exported design assets in an unlimited number of projects. This includes:
- Websites & SaaS Applications: Integration as site logos, brand favicons, button icons, and onboarding graphics;
- Digital Products & App Stores: Publishing in mobile applications, browser extensions, desktop games, and software suites;
- Corporate Branding & Marketing: Use on business cards, social media profiles, presentations, brochures, and banner advertisements;
- Physical Merchandise: Printing on apparel, packaging material, labels, stickers, and promotional gifts for resale.
2. No Royalties or Attribution Requirements
This license is entirely royalty-free. You do not owe any recurring licensing fees, performance cuts, or royalties on products, applications, or businesses that leverage graphics designed on Logicon. Furthermore, you do not need to include any mention of Logicon or attribute our software in your product descriptions, site footers, or legal disclosures.
3. Modifications and Vector Derivations
Because exports (such as SVG files) are vector-based, you have full permission to open, import, modify, colorize, and recombine your designs in secondary graphic tools (like Figma, Illustrator, or Inkscape). The derivative designs you produce continue to be covered under this absolute commercial ownership license.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Reselling
While we encourage almost all forms of production, there are a few sensible limitations:
- You may not bundle, scrape, or repackage the internal, pre-configured gradient presets or template svgs of Logicon to create a direct competitor or marketplace listing that sells generic "icon libraries" directly competing with the Logicon tool itself.
- You may not use or claim sole trademark ownership of stock templates in their exact raw form without introducing sufficient visual modifications, drawing customizations, or unique typographical configurations to establish brand originality.
5. Third-Party Trademarks
If you design a graphic asset that incorporates trademarked shapes or logos (such as a custom variant of popular brand logos), you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from the respective trademark holders. Logicon provides drawing canvases and custom utility engines, but does not possess or delegate proprietary rights of third-party corporate entities.
