We provide professional creative tools in your web browser. You maintain 100% ownership and copyright of any visual designs, logos, and icon packs you build. We do not place restrictions, royalties, or attribution requirements on your exported creations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or utilizing the Logicon studio website (located at logicon.co and affiliated workspace domains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our local-first Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must discontinue using our tools.
2. Use of the Studio & License
Logicon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our online drawing studio, template editors, and favicon generators for personal or commercial projects. You may utilize all template vectors, preset gradient overlays, and corner squircle algorithms to design unique graphic assets.
3. User Ownership of Created Designs
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, and design claims of icons or logos produced through Logicon belong entirely to you, the creator. You are free to trademark, sell, distribute, or license your final exported SVG, PNG, and ICO assets without any financial or legal obligations to Logicon.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
When accessing the Logicon platform, you agree not to:
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or clone the compiled client-side Logicon drawing framework for secondary redistribution;
- Saturate or abuse public CDN pathways or resources through automated scripts;
- Generate vector content that infringes upon existing trademarks, patents, or promotes violence or unlawful activities.
5. No Account Registrations & Data Security
Since we run a completely serverless interface, we do not require account registrations or logins to use our fundamental studio. You acknowledge that we have no custody over your design files. If you clear your browser's history, local cache, or localStorage partitions, your locally stored canvas projects may be lost. We are not responsible for any lost design states or configurations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Logicon and its underlying tool suite are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. We do not guarantee that the export packages (such as Apple touch icons or JSON manifests) will meet every browser standard infinitely as operating systems evolve, though we strive to maintain top standards.
7. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Logicon, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, export utilities, or code packages.
