Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026. Your privacy is not a policy—it is our architecture. Discover how we process your designs entirely inside your browser.
Our Privacy Philosophy
At Logicon, we believe your creative assets and intellectual property are yours alone. Traditional graphic software requires uploading your assets to remote servers, leaving your designs exposed. Logicon was engineered from the ground up to operate entirely inside your browser. Your vector shapes, uploaded SVGs, drawing coordinates, and exported PNGs never touch our servers.
1. No Server-Side File Uploads
When you load your designs, use the digital drawing canvas, or customize templates in the Logicon workspace, all rendering and computations are handled via WebGL and HTML5 Canvas API in your local browser sandbox. Because we do not run a file-storage or rendering backend for your designs, it is physically impossible for us to collect, view, or store your graphic assets.
2. Local Workspace & Storage
To provide a seamless workflow, we may use standard browser mechanisms such as localStorage or IndexedDB to cache your current canvas state and user preferences (like your selected theme or grid parameters). This ensures your hard work is preserved if you refresh the browser page. This data remains on your local storage partition and is never synchronized to external servers.
3. Analytics and Operational Metrics
We may utilize lightweight, privacy-focused analytical tools to track basic, aggregate usage statistics (such as total monthly visitors, page views, and screen size classifications). This data is completely anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information (PII), no design metadata, and no IP trackers. It is used strictly to optimize the performance and responsive layout of our digital studio.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The Logicon website does not integrate invasive third-party ad networks, social tracking pixels, or dynamic behavioral marketing engines. Any fonts or UI components are loaded via CDN or bundle, which may register basic requests standard for network protocols, but are not used for tracking your creative activities.
5. Rights of Global Users
Whether you are protected under GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), or other international privacy standards, our zero-storage architecture exceeds these regulations. Because we do not store, process, or sell your personal data, no actions (such as opt-out requests or deletion requests) are needed—your data remains entirely under your personal custody and control on your local machine.
6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our client-side software capabilities. Any changes will be published here. However, our absolute commitment to a local-first, serverless design workspace will never change.
